Hello Friends, Welcome to the Its Never to Late 28 Day Slim Down Summer Transformation Challenge.
By request, a couple of friends and Jose & Olge Martinez competed in a six-week transformation challenge we done at the Hope Mills YMCA. Jose won the challenge losing 11.8 pounds and 8 inches inches. (Winning $200.00). Jose was excited about his weight loss and kept requesting to do a round two. So, here we are. Using a system like this most contestant’s loss between five to ten pounds. The only difference here is that this is a 4-week program.

Details for the challenge:
This is a tried and true program. It is great start on your journey to a healthier you. This is not a diet but a healthy way of eating. The program is designed to educate you about nutrition and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Here’s what you will receive on the Friday before the challenge.
You will receive a 17 Page Transformation Success Manual: The manual is designed to educate you about nutrition and how to live a healthy lifestyle. It is loaded with success tips and strategies to help you get the best results possible.
Complete Recipe Manual for all the foods on the menu: This manual is filled with 67 Delicious whole food Easy-to-Make Recipes for the meals listed on the done-for-you meal plan.
4-Weekly Print-n-go Grocery Lists for the meal plans: Each week has its own complete grocery list. Just print and take you to the grocery store. Don't worry about starting from scratch, you may have many of the items already in your cupboard.
Dining Out Swap Guide: Use the dining out will show your how to turn any restaurant menu item into a delicious, healthy, and challenge-friendly alternative.
A Workout Plan with Video links to exercises: You'll have two total full body strength training workouts that you will alternate between. One of these workouts that can be done at home (if you are not a gym goer). For the days in between your strengthening workouts you'll perform a cardio type workout. I am also including 20-minute workout solutions you can do at home or the gym.

What to expect:
Due to the time frame of this challenge, this challenge is not meant for you to lose a massive amount of weight unless you are massively overweight. If you follow the program you can expect to lose anywhere from 4 to 8 pound or more. This program can definitely be as start to a healthier you.
Who can participate:
All members in this group can participate as well as your family and friends. Competitors must be at least 18 years of age before starting the challenge.
Your transformation will be judged mainly by way of before and after pictures. I and two of my trainer colleagues will sit as judges for the contest.
Before and After Photos:
For this Challenge you will be required to take before and after photos which will allow the judges to see your transformation.
A front, back, and side photo beginning photo and a front, back, and side after photo after the challenge. Important: before you take your picture, you will be asked a question to which you will write the reply on a piece of paper. You will need to take your picture holding this piece of paper with the answer on it, so we know that the picture is current. Ex. “What is your dog’s name.”
IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO YOU: These pictures will not be made public unless is I personally email you and ask you can if I use your picture for a testimonial.
You will also be required to submit your weight before and after the challenge to help with the visual validation of your transformation.
Tips for taking pictures. When you take your before and after photos, simply stand in a relaxed position with your arms to your side (except for the front photo in which you will be holding a piece of paper with your question answer”.
Please wear the same type of clothing in the before and after photos. Swimsuits, shorts, or exercise clothes are preferred.
Please remember that if you are covering up parts of your body it would be difficult to show your progress. Do not completely cover your legs with long shorts or cut them out of the photo.
Try Taking them outside in the either the morning or late evening when the sun is low against a plain background. Try and include your whole body from head to toe.
Try to fill the photograph with yourself. If you stand too far away it may be hard to see your results. No posing please.
PRIZE A $100.00 cash prize will be rewarded to the winner of this Transformation Challenge. You will receive Your prize via mail in the form of a Cashier Check.
Your investment in this program will be $28.00 for the 28 days.
If enough people to enter the challenge it will begin on June 17, 2019 thru July 14, 2018. For this challenge to take place we need Six people to Join the challenge. If we do not get enough people to participate in the challenge you will be refunded the full amount you invested.
Yes, this Challenge will run thru the 4th July holiday. No problem the meal plan allows a cheat meal each week.
This is my first online challenge. So, some things may have to be ironed out along the way. Just being honest. Now, let’s do this. Let’s work together, support each other, and get some amazing results just as Jose did.
