PARTNER & SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Partner and Small Group Training Personal Training offers an affordable alternative to one on one personal training. You’ll still receive the same personal treatment as  my one on one training clients.  With Partner/small group training you will not only have a trainer who will design a top notch exercise program for you and your group.  You’ll also have a group of participants with similar goals to encourage you and motivate you on those days when you need a little push. Its your ultimate support system.

You select the group. Your group can consist of a maximum of 4 participants. They can be friends, family, co-workers, whomever you choose. Each member will receive individual Assessments to locate any imbalances they may have. Your workouts will be designed based on your individual and group goals. Whether you want to lose weight, sculpt your body, or put on a few pounds of muscle. Partner and Small Group Training can get you there.


You’ll love the camaraderie, support and motivation that comes with the group. The team will keep you going, help you keep focused, and along with the trainer you’ll stay on track and achieve your goals. You be the Judge.
